Late / No-Show Policy

We value your time — and ask that you respect our other patients’ time as well.

• Please respect our other patients by arriving before your scheduled time. If you arrive at, or after, your appointment time you may be considered a “no-show”.
• We make every effort to run on time because we know that you have better things to do than wait in a doctor’s office.
• Failure to give us timely notice may result in “no show” status and subsequent cancellation of your appointment.
• If you arrive late and have not called ahead, we will accommodate you if we can, or will reschedule your appointment.
• If you do not arrive for your appointment and do not call to reschedule in a timely way, you will be considered a “no-show”. After two “no-show” appointments, you will be dismissed from the practice.
